Had a wonderful stay at this homestay during our Kodaikanal community trip. The house was very clean and well maintained throughout the stay. The food was really tasty and homely.
One of the best parts was the beautiful nature view from the property, very peaceful and refreshing. They also had a bonfire facility which made the experience even better at night.
There was ample parking space available, which was very convenient for our group. The swing area was also a nice touch to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Clean property in a calm surrounding with 2 floors. Breakfast and dinner provided was decent.Hot water was available at both morning and night, bonfire was also adding to the effects. Wifi was provided and I think it's a great choice for friends gang or family specially if u have a bigger group.
The host was very very very good to us, I would give 10 starts for the service if I could.
It is a well maintained property for a getaway (extra points for the swing and wind chines!!!)

One of the best parts of our stay was the food hosted by the owner — the BBQ, chicken 65, chapathi, and chicken curry were absolutely delicious. We stayed from 19/5/2025 till 22/05/2025 we pleasant stay and memorable like family members. Mr Vinod being as owner but he was running for our needs like a staff. Always prefer to stay at Pleasant Memories (Annai illam) and their catering is wonderful with reasonable rate from home made... we stayed whole family myself, wife and children's very safe and Mr Vinod cared like his childrens.

We had an amazing family get-together at Annai Illam Guesthouse! The rooms were super clean and comfy, and the food was made just the way we wanted — everything tasted great.
